I have held the same part time job in fashion retail industry for the past 2 years, since leaving school and whilst attending Priestly College. I work part time for ‘Bank’ the fashion chain at their store in Warrington.
I first started riding at 3 years of age and it has become one of my primary interests to the point where my ambition would be to open a horse riding centre for both able and disabled people to learn and enjoy horse riding as much as I do.
I am an 18 year old student at Priestly College in Warrington studying art and media. I have 10 GCSE Grades A-C and still currently taking four A levels. I am a qualified RLSS Lifeguard and have level 1 Official FA Football Coach certification. I have been competing in horse riding competitions since a young age achieving numerous rosettes and trophies in Show Jumping and Working Hunter class. I was house captain and represented my school ‘Tower College’ in inter schools competitions such as cross country running, track events, field events and netball. I was also winner of various art competitions.

WARRINGTON’S Samantha Cross will be representing Cheshire at the Miss England Final next month. She captured the Miss Cheshire title in the finals at the Parr Hall, held in aid of the Variety Club Children’s Charity. Girls from all over Cheshire competed in the event, sponsored by the Golden Square shopping centre. There was a four-scene catwalk fashion show, with clothing supplied by stores from the shopping centre. Samantha, aged 17, (right) a sport and media student from Warrington, won the Miss Cheshire title which will take her into the Miss England contest. Her prize included shopping vouchers worth £1,200, a handmade crystal crown, £250 cash and a £500 photography portfolio.
PENKETH teenager Samantha Cross has been voted the hottest girl in Cheshire after winning a prestigious beauty competition. The 17-year-old has been crowned Miss Cheshire 2011 and will go on to compete for the Miss England title in July. Samantha, of Woodcroft Farm, Tannery Lane, said: “I was so shocked to win, it was unbelievable. I’ve never done anything like this before and the other girls were so confident I thought ‘I’ve got no chance of winning’.
